SHIPPING POLICY

The Heat Treats knows how much you await your product once you order it and hence works hard to deliver it to you on time. This is why we tie up with a large network of courier partners for hassle free delivery.

Depending upon your location, your product will be shipped to you within 7-10 business days. If you cancel your order the entire amount will be refunded back to you.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE 

We do our best to provide you with unique patterns and designs. Once you order a product you cannot return it based on not liking it. However, all our products are warranted against faulty craftsmanship.  You can get the product exchanged if you receive an icorrect order. If in case your product turns out to be defected you can get it exchanged or you can return it to us. 

You can return or exchange a product in the following cases:

• The product may be damaged during transportation
• There is a manufacturing flaw in the product
  
• An incorrect item was shipped to you

But we will only accept the product back if it is unused. Also, it needs to be returned as received with original packaging tags. Once your order is picked up, our team will do the quality check as a routine. All exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the product ordered originally is no longer in stock then we will deliver the product when the stocks become available.

Important & Helpful Guidelines on Returns

• Custom requests are not secured under the standard merchandise exchange. They will be dealt with independently on a case to case premise.
• Please report your concern with the product within 24 hours of accepting it.
• Don't dispatch back a product to us without connecting to us first. It is important you address the issue before dealing with returns.

Terms Applicable for Issuance of Refund

Product Availability

If the product you order gets out of stock, then you will receive a notification via email to confirm the same and promptly receive the processing of a refund if applicable.

Colour and Description Disclaimer

While we make every effort to give you what you see on the website, there can be colour and shade variations in the product you receive at your end. All the products listed on the website are handmade and may have a slight variation in shape, colour or size. The product may defer from the photographs you see due to the lighting and editing done for beautification.
